INFINITE F to debut in Japan next month
The debut of INFINITE’s sub-unit group INFINITE F has been in discussion for quite some time, but the wait is finally over as the 3-member sub-unit will be making its Japanese debut on November 19th, 2014!
The group consists of Lee Sungyeol, Kim Myungsoo (L), and Lee Sungjong. Fans call them the maknae line, as L and Sungjong are the youngest members of INFINITE; or the visual line, being the faces of the group thanks to their mesmerizing looks.
INFINITE F has recently completed the filming of their music video for their debut song. Following their upcoming release of their Japanese debut album, INFINITE F will head to Japan for promotional activities. However, there are no announced plans for promotions in Korea yet.
Their Japanese debut single will come in 2 versions. Both versions will include three tracks “Love Sign,’ “I Like You” and “My Girl” plus a random photocard. What differs from the two is that version A comes with a 32-page booklet, while version B comes with a 8-page booklet and a DVD with “Love Sign“‘s music video and special features.
A classic and simple logo for INFINITE F has been unveiled as well:
INFINITE F had teased their fans at INFINITE’s solo concert “That Summer 2” in Seoul earlier this year with “Heartbeat,” which was also included in the original soundtrack for Sungyeol’s drama “High School Love On.” The sub-unit has also recorded “Going Crazy,” which was included as one of the tracks on INFINITE’s “Season 2” album.
Entering their 5th year into the K-Pop industry, all members of INFINITE now have their solo and sub-unit debuts. Leader Sunggyu had his debut solo album “Another Me,” promoting the title track “60 Seconds,” while Dongwoo and Hoya formed INFINITE H and promoted the hit track, “Special Girl.” Woohyun, on the other hand, formed Toheart with SHINee’s Key and collaborated for the track, “Delicious.”
Meanwhile, INFINITE F’s Sungyeol is currently acting in ongoing KBS drama “High School Love On” with Woohyun, while L is in the ongoing SBS drama “My Lovely Girl” with Hoya.
In other news, INFINITE has been revealed to be recording an OST for K-drama “Modern Farmer.”
