WINNER wraps up 1st Japan Tour with a total audience of 25,000

YG Entertainment’s latest idol group WINNER has wrapped up their first Japan tour.
WINNER’s first Japan tour had stops in Tokyo, Oksaka, Fukuoka, Nagoya and Sapporo, and successfully finished their tour on October 11th and 12th.The group made a total of 11 stops, and performed in front of approximately 25,000 attendees.
On their finale performance, the stage was set up with bright neon lights to resemble the streets of New York, where the members individually performed self-produced tracks in addition to group performances.
Leader Kang Seungyoon ended the concert with a closing speech saying, "We (WINNER) believe we are able to become one through music. This tour proved us true. Even though we have our flaws, we will continue to work hard to become a better WINNER."
The tour ended with heated cheers from the fans, and the members were seen tearing up when fans held up signs reading, “Thank you, WINNER,” during the encore performance.
After completing the tour on the 12th, WINNER showed support to fellow label mate Taeyang, and attended his solo concert held at Seoul Olympic Stadium Hall.
